Talent Gap: Many countries of the world do not have their own implementation of big data, AI, ML, and NN. Many other countries do not have trained professionals or experts on these topics. Gaps in Education: University expertise and educational opportunities are concentrated only in few countries, while universities, colleges, and other educational opportunities in the rest of the underdeveloped and recently developing countries do not have any or enough opportunities.
