DeepaavaLi Music Composition in Deepaka Raaga PLUS few other of my music composition by KRS Murthy Background: DeepaavaLi is the Festival of Lights. The Deepaka raaga was made famous by the legendary singer Tansen in India few centuries ago. However, this raaga has become very rare in India I have done over 3000 music compositions encompassing most of the music genres of the world, even including Chinese, Japanese, Persian, Jazz, Blues, Bluegrass, Western Classical, Techno, Karnataka Classical (South Indian), Hindustani Classical, Israeli, South American and my own inventions of music genres like Raaga Techno, Genetic Music, Math Music, Green - Clean Music and Rhythmic Diversity.
